Graupera have been producing traditional ceramic cookware in Spain for over 60 years.

Graupera products are created through the three fundamental elements of nature: earth, water and fire.

Spanish clay soil and water are combined as they have been for centuries, then baked at extremely high temperatures.

These ceramic works of art are then treated through a process that protects the cookware from exposure to fire, freezer and dishwasher. They can be used on gas stoves, electric stoves, in gas ovens and microwave ovens.

Ceramic cookware holds and distributes heat, perfect for casseroles, stews, curries, ragouts, slow-roasts, soups and many other dishes.

With their elegant forms and striking natural colours, you can take your Graupera cookware straight from the kitchen to the table, embracing the traditional communal-style dining this ceramic cookware is known for.

CARING FOR STONEWARE AND EARTHENWARE: New earthenware pots should be cured before use by soaking in water for up to 24 hours. Pots should be placed in a cold oven and then brought up to the desired heat gradually. Cool before washing and drying by hand. Do not use harsh scourers or abrasives as these may damage the glaze. Do not subject to sudden changes in temperature.
