El Cid Gas Paella Burner 40cm
With dozens of small holes throughout the circular frame, this durable and sturdy gas burner generates an evenly spread heat across the base of your paella pan, giving your paella that essential crust every time. Perfect for outdoor entertaining. Fully adapted and tested to meet Australian gas requirements.
Burners 40cm and larger have 2-3 concentric rings of flame, and separate dials that independently control each ring. The inner ring can be used alone for smaller paella pans, while the outer rings can be activated for larger pans, allowing for maximum control, flexibility, and even heat distribution.
We recommend the following size configurations for matching burners to paella pans:
- 30cm single ring burner: 36-46cm paella pans
- 40cm double ring burner: 28-55cm paella pans
- 50cm double ring burner: 36-70cm paella pans
- 60cm triple ring burner: 28-80cm paella pans
Add a reinforced tripod (sold seperately) to convert the burner to a free-standing unit, perfect for cooking anywhere. Gas bottle and hoses not included.
