A classic oil, produced in a 17th century Tuscan Benedictine monastery. Olives unaffected by agricultural pesticides are cold-pressed in large granite rollers, resulting in a green oil that is pungent, low in acidity and herbaceous, with a peppery after-taste. This is the ultimate finishing oil; the perfect addition to any Mediterranean flavours. One of our favourite products.
