This Australian-made miso paste is produced in small batches by hand using traditional Japanese techniques and contains no artificial additives. Certified Australian bio-dynamic rice, soybeans and salt are combined and slowly fermented naturally over several months to create a flavourful paste that is rich with umami and healthy probiotics. Make a delicious miso soup by whisking 1 tbsp of this paste into 1-1.5 cups of water that has just come off the boil and serve straight away.
