Oxide of titanium is used in the food industry, mostly in confectionaries and candy making, as a natural pigment to colour foods a stark white. Dissolve in a little water (also fat soluble but will not produce best results) to use in fondant, marshmallows, buttercreams and white chocolate ganache.
