Where do you deliver and is there a delivery cost?

Please note: the minimum order for free delivery to the Sydney metro area only is $150.

Order cut-off time is 4pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed for delivery on the next available day for your area: E.g. If your delivery days are Tuesday and Friday, an order placed after 4pm on Monday will be processed and delivered on the Friday. (Note: Freighted orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.)

Regional NSW and Interstate:

• Orders are deilvered by Shippit, our preferred shipping partner
• Your order is weighed then freight cost and delivery date are estimated
• An invoice is then provided to you for approval/remittance before your order is dispatched

What are my payment options?

• If credit terms have been approved, all the usual payment methods apply - EFT, credit card, cash, cheque - or if you choose, you can leave your credit card details with us and consent to our processing payment on your behalf.
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Firstly, please check the bottom of your invoice as any items temporarily out of stock will be noted there.
